Another option is to write the patient’s diagnosis and proposed line of treatment. Our pharmacist will then customize a compound for that individual and fax the Rx/Formula for a final signature.

i.e.:
            Dx:  Chronic Plantar Fasciitis Left Foot

            Treatment:  Compound Transdermal Anti-Inflammatory

How to place an order

Our goal is to make it as easy as possible for physicians and patients to order a custom compounded prescription. Physicians may call us or fax a copy of the written prescription to our pharmacy. Patients may drop off the prescription or mail it directly to us.

Depending on the complexity of preparing your compounded prescription, it may be ready for pick up or delivery the same day or the next day. Each prescription’s preparation time varies and can be discussed with one of our friendly staff members.

Our standard delivery is UPS Ground or next day air, depending on the nature of the prescription and the location to which the shipment is being sent. Most prescriptions are prepared and shipped within 24 hours after being received by our pharmacy. Local patients may arrange to pick up their prescriptions by calling the office for a pick up time.

On all orders requiring shipping, a MasterCard or Visa number will be obtained prior to shipment.
